Human Resources Administration. Update employee information using HR database. Kettle Kitchen Administration. Dealing with general queries, fob issue etc. Pulling reports for the system. Organising various surgeries. Updating Staff Lists. Updating invoice details onto IFS and creating Purchase Orders. Ensuring vouchers are ordered and distributing these appropriately. Field general HR queries and direct to appropriate HR Advisor. Provide Administration support for ongoing HR Projects. General Administration as required by the HR Department. Occupational Health. Daily management of the Sickline, listening to messages, emailing Managers with updates and monitoring return to work forms to ensure they are returned within the agreed KPI. Regularly reviewing absence and ensuring GP notes are submitted to payroll in a timely fashion and ensuring records are updated. Issuing of invites to occupational health meetings. Recruitment. Sending out application forms, logging screened application forms, sending appropriate letters, filing. New Starter paperwork including compiling all new starter documentation and sending reference requests. Advert Response including logging applications, sending appropriate letters, filing, compiling advert statistics. Spec CV response and logging. Completing and processing Temporary Timesheets. Arranging Company Inductions.
