We are a fast paced IT company based on Meridian Business Park on the outskirts of Norwich. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Managing Director and the Business Services Director in their duties as they look after our clients. You will need to be good with IT and have a positive attitude towards understanding the business and helping us achieve our goals. We are looking for a quick learner and someone who can understand our processes and our clients business. Core responsibilities: Manage the relationships between Breakwater IT and the client. Create and send quotes. Manage client agreements and ensure they are kept up to date. Create and manage client forecasts. Purchase Orders and client invoice creation. Processing supplier invoices and expenses. Ordering hardware and software. Stock control.
