Commercial Trust offers a broker service to UK landlords, we conduct this service wholly by telephone, letter and online.
You will be responsible for working with the Account Management Team. You will be required to assess and coordinate the clients mortgage application post sale, liaise with the client and associated third parties by telephone, email and letter to ensure efficient processing of the case through to completion of the mortgage.
Assess the mortgage application from information provided by the Buy to Let and Commercial Mortgage Advisors, Clients and third party sources.
Ensure that all activities are conducted in line with regulations and the concept of Treating Customers fairly.
Liaise with and obtain information from the client and third parties including solicitors, valuers and lenders to ensure efficient completion of the mortgage.
Create a positive client experience to build an effective rapport to promote long term repeat business opportunities.
Manage deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively to achieve set targets and objectives.
Provide high quality service and customer excellence to both internal and external clients.
Manage own pipeline including various administrative tasks.
Ensure all client data is recorded accurately and handled with care in accordance to data protection.
