Work as part of a team to provide a range of administrative services to ensure effective business support. Be responsible for keeping accurate records, including minute taking. Take responsibility for answering incoming calls, queries and emails from clients, providers and suppliers and responding appropriately. Monitoring of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems. Contact with suppliers and contractors to assist in the closure of Work Orders and to upload certification/documents to support. Adding updates correct completion dates and additional notes as required. Chasing contractors for invoices upon works completion. Contributes to and helps prepare reports and statistics on operations and finances where directed. Attending team meetings and assisting other team members as required. Effective communication between key stakeholders and team members. Support department projects as required. Undertake any other administrative duties as required.
