Tasks include telephone work such as qualifying sales leads, chasing invoice payments, collating data for outbound campaigns, and dealing with general queries.
The candidate will also handle company payments and liaise with suppliers – organising invoices, completing paperwork, updating correspondence, ensuring accurate invoices reach the right department.
There will also be internal administration work; ensuring detailed spreadsheets are accurate and up to date, chasing material for strict deadlines, assisting different departments with admin tasks, managing diaries for project managers.
All work is office-based and uses various computer software including Word, Outlook, Excel, CRM, and more.
