Responsible for initial research of target audiences and channels appropriate for Raptor Aerospace to engage with. To support in the development of the company’s Social Media strategy, development and ongoing community engagement through the creation of a social media calendar and content plans.
Responsibility for Social Media output and engagement for Raptor following brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Establish correct profiles across platforms and migrate audiences from individual accounts to company accounts where appropriate.
Community Management and protocols followed.
Assisting with Press engagement for Raptor as required.
General content and copywriting for posts.
Keeping up to date on other SM platforms and advising appropriately.
Developing and implementing SM strategies and plans for the company.
Collating and analysing coverage.
Writing /editing in-house case studies and content for SM.
Maintaining and updating information on the Company’s website/ Blog.
Sourcing speaking opportunities for key personnel across various platforms and forums.
Fostering community relations through involvement in community initiatives (where appropriate).
Evaluating the success of SM campaigns using tools available.
Keeping up to date, files of the company’s SM activity and producing monthly reports.
Good communication and inter personnel skills.
Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workload.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Not afraid to ask questions.
Open to taking instructions and working under pressure.
Skills to be developed.
