Respond to customer queries and enquiries with a positive, friendly and professional attitude via telephone, email and online chat.
Complete relevant paperwork for all queries and make notes on customers records where needed ensuring all follow up actions are completed.
Liaise with other departments to ensure all queries are dealt with fast and efficiently.
To deal with returned post investigating why it has been returned and updating Orion to ensure the database is kept up to date.
To assist the department manager with business development initiatives.
To complete project work to the best of your abilities ensuring your manager is kept up to sate with your workload.
To be aware of product stock levels to ensure customer orders are not delayed.
To be aware of Data Protection regulations and ensure internal procedures relating to this are followed.
To assist the department manager with Marketing Activities to promote the department brands.
