Reporting to the Student Development Manager and part of the Student Support Services as our Student Support Administrator, you will provide information, advice and guidance to students and apprentices who visit or require support from the Department.
The Student Support Administrator has a number of duties, including:
Signpost students to relevant internal teams, as required.
Provide administrator support to various internal teams.
Support main reception with ID badge compliance.
Help answer The Hub reception phone and deal with student enquiries and requests for information.
Collection and distribution of Student Support Services post.
Operate a centralised diary and booking system for The Hub.
Create reports and spreadsheets, when needed.
Raise stationary and purchase orders against Hub Accounts when requested.
Such other duties commensurate with the grade of the post as may be reasonably required at any of the College locations.
