Finance Assistant required to join a busy team supporting NHS telecommunications installations. Working from our new Headoffice based near Drayton, Monday to Friday. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to; Assist with the Finance Department Administrations. Supporting requirements for general finance. Filing, reporting and investigation projects. Working with Finance Manager in contact with customers when required in relation to billing and accounts querries. Email follow-ups/contacts when required in response to customer querries. Assistance in the monthly billing for customers. Managing invoicing responsibilities from suppluiers and querying when needed. Assisting with payrole and some HR filing. This is a 25 hour week. These can be extended to ‘up to 40 hours’ per week for the successful candidates but not necessary.
