Technical Support Desk Assistant required to join a busy team supporting NHS telecommunications installations. Working from our new Headoffice based near Drayton, Monday to Friday. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to; Assist with customer support desk. Supporting administrative requirements for Technical Support. Creation of support tickets for customers coming in to the business via phone and/or email. Filing, reporting and special projects. Working with Technical Support in contact with customers when required in relation to Faults. Email follow-ups/contacts when required in response to customer queries. Assistance in the monthly reporting. Filing and updating customer support records. This is a 25 hour week. These can be extended to ‘up to 40 hours’ per week for the successful candidates but not necessary.
