This position will be responsible for day to day operational issues across administrative and logistical functions. You will work on dispatches, follow up on rework of products received from factory, ensuring end buyer receives products on time etc. You will also help ensure all Purchase order number requests are followed up and closed. Ad hoc duties may include managing agencies, support in developing brochures, ads and other paperwork as required. You will prioritize and resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and follow up on outstanding issues promptly and ensure zero escalation. Furthermore, you will maintain daily logs of operational issues and regularly follow up to ensure closures and escalate in a timely manner if required. Candidates may be asked to provide either weekly or monthly reporting to keep a track of closed and pending issues. They will address all issues promptly and accurately and seek support when required.
The candidate will learn adaptability, effective problem solving skills, working under pressure, multitasking, communication skills, etc.
