The new role has been created to Support Office Team with multiple office responsibilities including, Client bookings and stocktaking schedules, Client liaisons and creating reports. Invoice checking, creation of stock lists, all filing hard copy and electronic, scanning and copying, telephone and email monitoring.
You will be supporting Head Office function and the stock takers in the field. Additional uptick in business is expected as Hospitality comes out of COVID-19 hibernation.
Training and Uniform provision.
This role will train you how to organise and drive a professional business forward through the world of Administration. These skills will be valuable for future employers and sustained employment.
You will be allocated a job mentor to help you with this position, uniform and appropriate PPE will be provided where applicable.
