The main responsibilities will include data inputting, photocopying, filing, answering telephone queries once trained and general office duties.
To input data onto the Trust systems
To provide efficient and effective admin support to the HR Workforce team
To type letters using standard templates
To carry out filing of letters
To carry out photocopying
To order stationary/equipment for the department
To attend relevant mandatory training
To undertake any other duties appropriate in connection with the day to day running of the department
