Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
Keep student accommodation records up to date, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the DB department as necessary to maintain high standards including undertaking relevant project work as necessary.
Assist with student room moves.
Assist with allocating the new student rooms and the issue of occupancy licenses for the start of the new academic year.
Manage room bookings as requested.
Produce the weekly function sheet ensuring that details are accurate before sharing with other departments.
Prioritise tasks and manage demands to optimise office and business efficiency.
Ensure the Accommodation, Housekeeping & Maintenance pages of the College website are up to date.
Undertake any other administrative tasks as necessary.
Support with administration of 'Meet Cambridge' (a college group which bids for conference bookings) enquiries which come in via the conference enquiry platform.
Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times and strive to exceed expectations.
Liaise with College visitors, conference delegates, students, staff and Fellows providing them with appropriate information where requested.
Ensure standards of service and College facilities are maintained.
Receive and welcome visitors on behalf of the department, including making refreshments.
