As a fast-expanding new company, we are looking for people who are keen to learn and create with us. You will need to be able to listen to customers and help us learn and understand better ways of giving them the best customer experience. To be successful in this role we believe you need to: Know about and understand the sharing economy and the insurance market. Possess the following transferrable skills. Customer service. Teamwork. Written and verbal communication. Experience with Microsoft office 365 (Word and Excel preferable). Good organisational skills. Ability to manage own workload. Able to use your initiative. Adaptable to change. Good time keeping. Attention to detail. Be able to demonstrate experience of. Working in a customer facing role. Working with various bespoke software or have experience with Open-GI. Working in the insurance sector (Desirable but not essential). Experience of working in an FCA regulated role (Desirable, not essential).
