To offer a simple and consistent multi-channel experience through the effective delivery of the click & collect customer journey.
What am I accountable for?
The end-to-end click & collect (C&C) customer journey.
Reviewing, picking, and processing of all Click & Collect orders within 1 hour of them being placed online.
Identification of any order related issues that may cause a customer concern.
Contacting customers via the phone if any issues occur, such as items not being available, and always looking for alternative solutions to satisfy the customer’s order.
Maintaining accurate, secure, and safe C&C stock management routines to provide our customers with a simple and easy collection service.
Always looking for opportunities to drive sales and customer delight, by recommending ‘Perfect Partners’.
Taking personal responsibility to protect the safety of customers, the team, and Homebase by acting and working in a safe way at all time.
Demonstrating a personal commitment to delivering great service by following the “Be Friendly & Be Helpful” principles.
Attending team huddles, briefings, and training sessions to keep up to date on new offers, products, processes, and ways of helping customers to give an exceptional customer experience.
Supporting the customer experience through completion of the “Brilliant Basics” training programme
Delivering consistent store standards by following the “Always at our Best” merchandising principles.
