You will be responsible for administration duties such as, booking Property Visits, raising and paying invoices, chasing contractors and working towards being able to discuss tenancy renewals with landlords and tenants. There will be lots of time to enhance your customer service skills but liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and different departments both via the telephone as well as via email.
If you want to learn about the Property Industry and work within a customer service department in Lettings, then this role may be for you.
