Your role will be to answer all calls coming in, taking immediate and advanced booking.
You will answer calls, take advance and immediate bookings, answer queries & allocate the journeys to the drivers via our computerised system.
You will need to be polite, helpful, and willing to learn a good knowledge of Woodbridge and the surrounding areas would be useful but not essential.
Answer telephone Calls.
Liaise with your line Manager if you are facing any problems or require help and support.
