Working as part of a busy HR team you will be providing administration support across a number of key HR functions within the team this could include; uploading documents to systems, accurately recording information in the HR system, updating spreadsheets, liaising with managers and employees to assist with administration queries. Supporting the recruitment team with administration duties around the recruitment process which may include: speaking with candidates to arrange interviews or inductions, management of social media channels to increase engagement, co-ordinating paperwork and training records and requesting references. Involvement in project work, around learning and development, training and reward. You will develop key office skills, using Microsoft office and a number of in-house systems. You will learn how to muti-task further develop your organisation skills. You will communicate with a variety of people verbally over the phone and face to face as well as using written communication.
