Working within a small team operationally and supporting the Operations Manager and the HR Director in aspects of administration which may include finances, setting up templates, administering the CRM database as well as taking calls.
The role is suitable for someone who has had some office experience or is interested in completing their Business Administration qualifications. We offer all our employees training and development and work with a local training providor.
Interested in marketing and social media we need help uploading content onto our various platforms, sending wellbeing packages out to clients and their employees. Working with the Ops Manager to generate ideas for our wellbeing packages for each quarter and help with creating the annual content calendar. A creative person would be great for this part of the role.
Working with HR Administrator and learnng employee lifecyle, usng HR software and uploading documents on behalf of client. Ideal opportunity for anyone who has an interest in HR and would like to potentially start their career.
