This role is based in an administrative office at the hospital and will provide general admin support to the Division C Recruitment Co-ordinator and to the wider Management Admin Team.
Tasks will include a wide range of administrative duties, including compiling personnel files, scanning documents, assisting with routine enquiries, undertaking errands to other parts of the division as and when required, organising stationery deliveries and collections and setting up meetings and Zoom calls.
Excellent attention to detail, as well as a good awareness of staff confidentiality is of high importance in this role. This role would suit someone who is interested in starting out in a recruitment/HR type career as well as wanting to learn or improve general administration skills.
