The main purpose of this role be a first point of contact to answer, process and resolve all telephone calls and email enquires in an efficient, professional, clear & concise manner. As part of the role there will be a need to identify eligibility of an emergency and escalate as and when required. Data entry for all enquiries received onto a bespoke database, to ensure we have records and traceability of everything. Records will need to be updated regularly and accordingly. Assist with all general administrative duties as and when required for the TFM Department in general. Any other duties as requested by the Helpdesk Team Leaders, Helpdesk Manager, and FM Managers. The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied therefore the post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate to the role and as requested by his/her line manager.
