Proper temperature for holding and serving food.
Food labelling for food stored and shelf life of the different types of food.
All the above will be required to get a Food Hygiene Certificate.
Learn basic cook techniques and how to handle raw meat in a commercial kitchen environment.
Proper handling of all other types of food.
Learn how to keep counters and work space clean and hygienic as required by the Food Standards Agency.
Learn to keep documentation as required by Food Standards Agency and to set up a food safety management system.
