Reading, monitoring and responding to day-to-day client emails, as requested.
Answering calls, handling queries and rectifying issues.
Liaising with departments to co-ordinate goods going in and out.
Supporting the Directors diary.
Processing orders and arranging shipping.
Understanding and use of basic office packages (word, excel, powerpoint).
Being a confidante and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Looking at creative ways to support the business and the director.
Make refreshments for meetings, clients and team members when requested.
Adhere to financial guidelines.
Support with any events the business may enter with the purpose of promoting and raising brand awareness and image.
Assist with marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and increase local market share resulting in new clients.
Take personal responsibility and ownership for own development. Prioritize and promote a learning culture.
Treat all team members and clients with respect and dignity adhering to the businesses Equality and Diversity Policy.
Work to the needs of the business, taking into consideration peak trade, holidays, weekends and evenings. Champion a sense of teamwork with all team members to help support and cover potential staff absences again to ensure business need is met.
