Supporting the director and Account Managers to develop content in line with client requirements & project.
Developing engagement through community management, creative content and innovative ideas.
Driving the department forward through new social methods and platforms.
Planning and delivering on-brand content for clients in a timely fashion.
Copywriting in line with brand tone and the core guidelines provided for each client.
Researching key areas surrounding client briefs and reporting on your research.
Using CRM & scheduling software to on board completed tasks for approval.
Creating monthly client reports.
Manage your time and workload to ensure client content is scheduled well in advance.
You will be expected to:
Engage positively and proactively with your training, our systems and processes.
Show drive, enthusiasm, positivity and determination to fulfil your tasks.
Communicate clearly and respectfully at all times with colleagues, clients and management.
