What Does the Role Entail?
We are looking for a talented young videographer to join our evolving Post Production Team here at Blueline Learning. This individual will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for film making and presenter led content. They will ben working on producing training videos for a wide variety of clients and topics, so should be able to work efficiently across multiple projects to tight deadlines. These videos will be mainly presenter responding to technical needs and being quick on their feet. This role requires excellent time management and organisational skills as this person will need to set studio schedules and work towards production schedules set by Production Coordinators. These skills are also paramount as the successful candidate will be in charge of correctly storing/archiving content, backing up all assets and making sure everything is correctly coded. Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is beneficial.
-Working on a wide variety of projects and content.
-Uphold and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
-Must be able to meet tight deadlines, on a fast-paced production schedule.
-Reporting directly to the Production Coordinator and adapting to feedback.
-Attending collaborative meetings and pitching new and creative ideas.
-Inputting into the creative process and idea formation for future video projects with the team. Ability to work from concept to delivery.
-Working in a film studio filming presenter led content.
-Responding to on-site technical needs.
-Managing our archives of content.
