Job description/ List of primary duties – Trainee Negotiator
Working alongside and supported by our small friendly team within a busy Estate Agents office.
Training will be given to enable the successful candidate to help our clients with a wide range of property related enquiries, via telephone, email and in person.
They will assist other members of staff to carryout accompanied viewing appointments and property appraisals.
The role will also consist of some involvement in general marketing activities including social media.
Equipment used – Telephones, printer, photocopier and scanner.
Computer software – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access).
