To assist the Shop Manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock, achieve sales targets, help build stock donations and increase profitability of the shop.
Support the implementation of EACH retail policies and support the shop to promote East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
To support the volunteer team by providing guidance, training and direction. To promote a happy and supported working environment in which all volunteers can thrive and make a positive contribution.
To understand the shop performance and support the shop manager to drive income. To ensure there is consistency in the quality and pricing of goods and help manage the sorting, moving and storage of a high volume of donated goods.
In the absence of the manager, ensure that all monies are banked & daily and weekly banking and reporting processes are followed.
To support the manager in initiatives to build community support for donations, volunteers and retail activity. To be a good representative of EACH and ensure positive relationships with customers and local communities.
To assist in the effective day to day management of Health and Safety and ensuring compliance with EACH policies, procedures and legal requirements
