The role of Trainee Recruitment Co-ordinator will be to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to deliver such activity as coordinating candidate shortlists, arranging interview schedules and processing job offers to applicants for vacancies across Clarion Housing Group.
Working closely with the whole team to support with the following administrative duties.
Coordinate issuing and receipt of shortlists.
Ensure recruitment policies and processes are adhered to in respect of candidates at risk of redundancy and those declaring a disability.
Arrange and confirm interview/assessment schedules (dates, times, location) with hiring panel.
Confirm details of interview/assessment with candidates, advising hiring panel of any deviation to schedule ahead of time.
Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to process job offers to successful candidates.
Move the job offer to employment contract and ensure all necessary pre-employment checks are undertaken.
Communicate with unsuccessful internal and external candidates regarding the status of their application.
Maintain database of current and previous job advertisements and role profiles.
Support to manage the shared recruitment inbox.
This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager.
