The Activity Coordinator will identify activity providers small and medium in size in their designated region, using their own network, local websites, Facebook, Twitter, local advertising, newspapers etc. Once identified the Activity Coordinator will contact the activity provider via the telephone and educate them on the benefits of joining the Find Your Activity Platform, where the base level option has no charges. Following the telephone calls follow up emails will also be sent to the activity providers.
Our marketing team will provide all the essential tools and guidance on structuring communications with the activity providers, to ensure the process is as easy and effective as possible.
