To maintain a high level of customer service:
Answering/ dealing with public enquires and complaints by email and telephone. Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. To offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
To assist managing bookings for the site such as education, coach & birthday parties, restaurant and events. This includes answering enquires, completing function forms, invoices etc.
To take out of season (term time) payments for the wildlife park this would be Monday -Friday or weekends in wet weather.
To sell and produce membership cards for members.
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies.
Other duties as requested.
