Reporting to the Operations Director, the role will be responsible for providing a variety of office and administrative support. This role is vital for the smooth-running of the business and you will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and provide support for specific projects and tasks. Using Hubspot (our CRM), you will make sure that training candidates receive all relevant course materials prior to their course and that their student record is kept up to date. The role will liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts and you will develop and maintain good relationships with team members and stakeholders and build trust across the organisation through building collaborative relationships. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the various administrative functions within the training department including: Creation, maintenance and updating of Training Records. Maintenance of the various electronic training databases including Learndash. Creation and maintenance of individual Training Files. The planning and scheduling of training sessions and programmes. The sourcing and organisation of external training courses to supplement our internal training programmes. Ensuring that new Procedures and Work Instructions are included in the appropriate Training Plans and that the relevant training is being conducted and recorded. The generation of data which can be subsequently used to assess and monitor training activities across the entire company. To assess current administrative systems with the aim of improving efficiency.
