You will quickly be talking with existing customers to assess their wider needs and identify new opportunities. You will use this customer feedback to help inform future business growth strategies.
You will work with several of our corporate and Local Authority partners, ensuring that we deliver great customer service. You will also assist with referrals and requests, solving any problems as they arise.
When the Business Development team are assessing new opportunities and targeting future partners, you will be heavily involved in planning our strategies and preparing documents to present to the Senior Management Team for approval. You will also be involved in carrying out these strategies once they are approved. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in business negotiations and new partner pitches.
The Business Development Team works in collaboration with different departments to deliver partnerships and contracts. Your role will involve coordinating with members of other departments to ensure we achieve our aims and deliver on projects.
You will be well supported by an experienced team, ensuring you are fully prepared for the challenges of the role with coaching and mentoring provided.
