Responsibilities and Duties:
Reading, monitoring and responding to day-to-day customer emails.
Answering calls and handling queries.
Liaising with managers and other members of staff and customer.
Booking customer in online, over the phone and in person (walk ins).
Being a confidante and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Assist in housekeeping duties making sure the office/reception is tidy while being in front of the customers.
Take personal responsibility and ownership for your development, prioritise and promote a learning culture.
Set a positive example in specific areas such as behaviour, attitude and appearance adhering to company guidelines and policies.
Treat all team members and customers with respect and dignity adhering to the businesses Equality and Diversity Policy.
Managing the front reception desk.
Welcome customers / receive vehicle keys for vehicles booked in.
Take personal information from customers and create / update customer files.
Make bookings with correct, relevant information on the online booking system.
Accurately record information on the job card and invoice regarding the work to be carried out.
Answer / make phone calls to customers and suppliers.
Create estimates for work required and speak to customers to authorise the work.
Create invoices for work completed and notify customers to collect the vehicle.
Issue clear detailed instructions to the workshop regarding work to be completed.
Communicate effectively between the customer’s instructions and the workshop recommendations.
Help to keep the office clean and tidy.
Ensuring that all office supplies do not run out to maintain day to day operations.
Have the highest level of customer service.
