Operations Assistant required to join a busy team supporting NHS telecommunications installations. Working from our new Headoffice based near Drayton, Monday to Friday. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to; Assist with the project management of installations nationwide. Supporting requirements for the installations engineering team. Incoming call handling. Ordering of technical equipment from a range of suppliers. Liaising with network teams to deliver services according to customer installation deadlines. Daily updating of internal workflow trackers on excel. Effective communication on updates of installations progress with internal teams and customers.
