This is a varied role which will involve assisting within the Sales and Marketing dept. Duties will include General Marketing Admin, Image editing, Organising Picture folders, Interacting on social media, YouTube house keeping administration, Replying and filing Customer reviews, Chasing our Courier for late deliveries while Liaising and updating the Customer. Suffolk latch Company specialize in Hand forged ironmongery and traditional door furniture, We are a small family run business who sell to the Public and Businesses which include Interior designers and Builders. We successfully run our Business from our office based in Clare where all of our products are sold on our professionally built website. Our Customers order online, we then dispatch daily from our warehouse on a courier. We also provide Customer service, Online technical support and advice for any Customer wishing to purchase our product.
