To assist in the delivery of an excellent customer service aimed at maximising sales to achieve the agreed business outcome.
To assist in maintaining regular contact with customers through a variety of means to maximise their retention as customers.
To assist in the Sales team carrying out the sales and retention strategy.
To play an active part with internal and external outreach and marketing activities.
To gain a sound knowledge of the services offered by Vivacity and assist in promoting the benefits to customers.
To accurately record customer data that can be used for future communications.
Become familiar with IT software and processes.
Assist in delivering of the Customer Retention strategy by conducting welcome / follow up member telephone calls.
Assist with the member cancellation process.
Conduct follow up calls to cancelled members.
Assist the Lifestyle membership programme by carrying out regular contact calls to aid retention.
