Initially you will undertake the early stages of assisting prospective tenants in finding their rental property. Such activities will include: conducting property viewings with prospective tenants in a courteous and agreeable manner.
With tenants that are unfamiliar with the area, you will provide helpful information in relation to the location, facilities, schools, transport links and other points of interest.
You will also assist in answering incoming telephone calls respecting the interest and concerns raised by the client whilst observing and adhering to the service standard set out by the Group.
Respond to queries with ongoing guidance and support provided by the branch team.
You will note questions that are asked so that these can be discussed with colleagues after which factual and accurate information is relayed back to the prospective tenants in helping them make a decision about their future home.
You will ultimately participate in promoting the wider services offered by the Group ensuring that the information provided is factually correct and in accordance with compliance and process protocols.
