An administrator is required to support the Norfolk Holiday Rentals team with general office duties. Key Responsibilities Include: Costing and purchasing equipment and supplies for the estates team and associated properties. Responding to enquiries and booking requests for the holiday properties. Dealing with customer issues and providing a point of contact for holidaymakers during their stay. General office support including updating spreadsheets and documents, updating social media profiles and booking calendars, printing, emails and answering the telephone. General upkeep of the office environment to include restocking supplies and light cleaning duties. The Administrator will mostly work from our company office based near Aylsham, some attendance at our other company properties may be required therefore own transport is preferred. Some work may be undertaken without supervision; full training and support will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and willing individual to learn key skills in administration and customer contact/marketing within the leisure and tourist industry.
