A unique opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice with long-term prospects to gain AAT qualifications and become a valued and skilled member of our company.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
•Use of accounting software package Sage Line 50.
•Undertaking bank reconciliations.
•Dealing with purchase invoices.
•Producing invoices for customers.
•Undertaking and Submitting VAT returns.
•Undertaking and Submitting EU Sales List returns.
•Producing various reports: P&L / Aged Debtors / Aged Creditors / Statements.
•Maintaining and filing information correctly.
•Working and assisting with general administration, including export documentation, where necessary.
As part of a small team, you will be expected to display flexibility and be willing to “pitch-in” to help others as appropriate.
You will be expected to develop and expand your duties within the role, as a result of training both internally and as part of your course.
A full time position is available for the right candidate, after completing an apprenticeship
