An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Credit Control Team within the Finance Shared Services Department.
Main description
Overview of Role
To provide a full sales ledger administration service to a designated group of customers.
The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and offers agile working (50:50 office/home) from our Bury St Edmunds office.
Responsibilities:
Day to day credit control for a designated group of customers.
To communicate regularly with the Credit Manager and Customer Care with any credit concerns.
Ensuring correct administration of customer accounts.
Communicate respectfully with all customers.
Day to day administration support e.g. copy invoices, statements etc… Query resolution management
Reconciling large volume accounts to ensure prompt payment
Key Skills and Attributes:
Excellent planning and organisational keys.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a changing environment
Effective communicator.
Essentially a team player, however, self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
Strong customer service ethos
Competent user of Excel and familiar with windows based products
Experience with ERP system Credit control experience preferred but not essential
Understanding of the Greene King business models
