As an Administration Assistant you will primarily support the administration, secretarial and reception department of the busy Norwich office carrying out the key duties when required for each particular team. Reception cover in the absence of the full-time receptionist will be required alongside the other administrative duties.
Job responsibilities
- Filing, scanning and electronic archiving
- Maintaining the quality of the stored files
- General typing
- Sorting and allocating post
- Scanning and archiving client correspondence
- Audio typing
- Providing reception cover
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing information with the utmost discretion
Person specification
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Be friendly and engaged
- Show a 'can-do' attitude
- 5 GCSE grade C/4 or above including English and Maths
- Experience within customer service is desirable but not essential
- Strong I.T skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with a variety of different people
