This role will be mainly administrative and desk based, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence for both our customers and Insurance Companies. This will include some telephone work.

Starting Salary            £15,500 - £17,000 depending on experience

Potential Earnings    Up to £22,000 plus bonuses

Bonus Payments        Up to £250 per month subject to performance

North Lynn    PE30 2HZ
Norwich          NR1 4GA

Requirements:

Successful applicants should show good communication skills both verbally and in writing, along with a great attention to detail. Applicants should also be highly self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Whilst previous experience is not required, we would like applicants to have a knowledge of basic computer skills and to be able to work in an organised and efficient manner.

The Role:

Your main duties will involve processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for customers and Insurance Companies. You will be responsible for checking all customers correspondence, making amendments to the insurance policy as appropriate and chasing any further outstanding documents from the customer.

Further duties will include processing internal diaries, policy payments and cancellations. Whilst this is not predominantly telephone based, you will be expected to make outgoing calls to our customers and take incoming calls from the insurers.

Successful candidates will receive full training on our range of products, procedures, how best to meet our customers’ requirements and how to use the computer system.

Opportunities to earn generous bonus payments by reaching performance related targets are also available.

Normal Working Hours:

Winter Months Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Summer Months Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Flexible working hours can be an additional benefit awarded to staff that are both fully trained and able to work independently.

Saturdays 9am to 1pm or 9am to 4pm

Saturdays are worked on a monthly rota and you are required to work 3 units (2 units being 9am to 4pm) per month, payment for this is in addition to the above salary.
