Job Summary

Assisting in administrative duties, based within the Human Resources Department. In addition supervising the Companies Reception facilities, greeting clients, customers and visitors and associated duties. 40 hours per week

Having a flexible approach to work with the confidence to hold induction procedures when required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Skills:

  • Competent in the use of Computers including Microsoft & Excel
  • Utilizing the Companies Saviom computer system (training will be given)
  • Have good communications skills with high accuracy levels.
  • Be able to continuously offer improvement suggestions & ideas.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Have absolute discretion & professionalism
  • Has previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Previous experience in an Office environment is Essential
  • Assisting with ‘New Starter’ processes.
  • Participation in Companies Employing Induction process.
  • Monitoring absences & sickness for the group.
  • Assisting with the Company ‘Leaver’ process.
  • To liase with head of departments & Recruitment team.
  • To ensure that all systems are kept up to date at all times
  • Assist with reception duties, greeting clients and monitoring visitors to the office.

Qualifications and Skills

Computer Literate including Microsoft Word & Excel
