Our principal Consultant has been in the transport industry for over 15 years. Providing him with valuable experience and skills to understand your transport operation and the systems required to ensure Operator Licence compliance. His experience ranges from driving LGV's to managing a large transport operation and includes being a nominated transport manager for multi sites.
Operator Licence Assist Ltd is currently based in Norwich, Norfolk and we do provide consultants, transport managers and compliance improvement services to companies outside of this area.
We can provide free confidential advice, manage your O Licence application, introduce transport managers local to you, piece of mind audits, improvement plans, update licence management systems, manage your operator licence admin and much more.
Our client range includes owner drivers and businesses that depend on their Operators Licence for the National and International transportation of: Motor Sport Vehicles, Biomass Products, Event/Promotion Equipment, Agricultural Produce, General Haulage, Removal Goods, Perishable Products, Disabled Vehicles, Scaffolding and Containers.
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm. Total hours per week: 30.00
You will receive training in how to assist with: dealing with all associated telephony duties; taking and delivering messages; greeting visitors; handling customers queries; providing ongoing customer service support; receiving, sorting and distributing mail; scheduling appointments; drafting correspondence; generating reports and other documents; liaising with third parties to develop marketing and advertising materials/documents; managing an inventory of give-aways, promotional items and client gifts;
co-ordinating marketing events; preparing and co-ordinating customer mailings; setting up product promotions; assembling marketing packages; updating marketing communication platforms such as websites and social media; assisting with marketing research; preparing presentations; maintaining library and archives of marketing material; making follow up customer calls; helping prepare and co-ordinate the delivery of customer quotes and assisting with creating sales proposals.
The post holder may be required to perform duties other than those given in the job description. The particular duties and responsibilities attached to the post may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or the level of responsibility entailed.
The Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework training programme in Business Administration is primarily delivered in the workplace unless, should you not possess suitable concession qualifications, you are also required to attend college to undertake Functional Skills Qualifications.
