What will the apprentice be doing?
Working alongside the team you will be responsible for ensuring we maintain great relationships with our partners, this is by arranging meetings, paying invoices and providing administrative support. You will be taught how to use our internal computer systems. As you build your confidence, you will learn how to manage a workload and prioritise tasks. You will attend team meetings and be given the opportunity to give your thoughts and develop your knowledge and experience. You will be given the opportunity to shadow other team members, help members of the public, and provide support to colleagues.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Whilst working, you will complete a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, for which you will be entitled to paid study time to complete; this is linked to the national apprenticeship scheme. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, learning and developing new skills whilst building your confidence along the way.
You don’t need any work experience, but you will need to be willing to learn, demonstrate good communication and IT skills.
