The position will involve preparing primal cuts of meat for cooking, sausage manufacturer and making pies. Cooking, cooling and slicing meat and making sausages and pies. Packaging and wrapping and preparing for delivery.

Between 30-39 hours shifts TBC. Total hours per week: 30.00.

21 months apprenticeship.


Vacancy Description

We are looking for an Apprentice Butcher to work 39 hours, 5 days a week. They will be trained in all aspects of meat industry etc. Duties/tasks you will carry out are, day to day housekeeping duties. Learning to make sausages, burgers and all other tasks involved in the butchery industry and day to day running of the shop.
