Main description

Reimagine the possibilities.

Your role and responsibilities

As part of a small, welcoming team you will help to manage our mailbox and respond to customer enquiries.

You'll raise invoices, write to customers and support internal teams with accurate data.

You will use our mapping software (MapInfo) to update highway records, research historical data and produce plans.

Visits to view archives, at the Hold in Ipswich, to uncover fascinating records.

Your research will help determine whether SCC is responsible for maintaining roads, trees, and ditches.

Training to be provided

Your apprenticeship  Apprenticeship course – Level 3 Business Administration Length of apprenticeship – 18 months plus 3 months for the end point assessment
