Sidegate is a three-form entry primary school located in the north of Ipswich, Suffolk. The school has an admission number of 90 children per year group. Children start school in the academic year (1st September to 31st August) in which they are 5 years old. This is called the "Reception Year". They remain at primary school for 7 years, finishing in the academic year in which they are 11 years old. The school also has 25 places for children of primary age with complex learning difficulties in two Specialist Support Classes.
The school feeds Northgate and Copleston High Schools. We maintain good links with both institutions to ensure smooth transition for pupils moving from Year 6 to Year 7.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, well organised and driven person who has a passion for IT.
Infrastructure Technicians at Sidegate will work in conjunction with the IT Manager to provide IT support to Staff and Students.
The successful candidate(s) will develop the skills to:
- Provide first line and second line support to Staff and Students.
- Collaborate with IT Services to resolve technical issues.
- Work with an IT Manager to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment, systems and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace hardware on desktops, laptops and other devices.
You will be working 37 hours a week
