What will the apprentice be doing?
To assist/support the booking, preparation and evaluation of learning programme events and materials, the booking of venues countywide, with best value for money in mind, identifying equipment and other requirements so that specifications are met. Ensure all financial processes are completed for each event e.g. Iproc orders, contracts and invoicing. Assist with booking rooms and maintaining an effective and efficient room booking system and support the event administration processes.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administrator (Level 3).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is a permanent contract and upon completing the apprenticeship - the annual salary will progress from a Scale D (£18,795 - £19,171) per annum to Scale E (£19,554 - £21,166) per annum.
